1. What eDalali is
eDalali is an advertising platform. We publish property listings submitted by owners and brokers. We are not an estate agent, we are not a party to any rental or sale agreement, and we do not hold, collect, or transfer rent, deposits, or purchase money on anyone's behalf.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything posted from your account. Accounts may be suspended for fraudulent or misleading listings.
3. Posting rules
- Only post properties you own or are authorised to advertise.
- Photos must be of the actual property being advertised.
- The price shown must be the price you will actually accept.
- Remove or mark the listing as taken once the property is no longer available.
4. No warranty
Listings are supplied by third parties. We take reasonable steps to review them but cannot guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, or lawful. You use the platform at your own risk.
5. Your own safety
Always view a property in person and inspect ownership documents before paying any money. Never send a deposit to someone you have not met.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
